IPPC Procedure Manual for Governance
The purpose of this manual is to provide, in a convenient form, procedures and practices for the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM).
This edition of the manual includes decisions and procedures through to the end of December 2023.
The manual will be revised regularly to include any new decisions and procedures and to amend existing decisions and procedures as necessary.
