Brief Biography
Camilla supports coordination of ongoing implementation and capacity development projects, specifically the Phytosanitary Capacity Evaluations (PCEs) is 11 African countries, under the project "Strengthening Food Control and Phytosanitary Capacities and Governance". She is the IFU lead for the IPPC implementation and capacity development (IC) Team on Project and coordinates the IFU updates to and announcements from the IC. Prior to joining the Secretariat, Camilla worked both in private companies and at UNESCO, where she supported the coordination of a project in collaboration with the African Union.  Camilla has a master's degree in International Business and Diplomacy and a bachelor's degree in International Science, Development and Cooperation.     Camilla is Italian and is fluent in English and French.
