{% trans "The IPPC Observatory is a monitoring system established by the IPPC Secretariat to track the implementation of the IPPC, ISPMs, and CPM Recommendations. It assists NPPOs by identifying implementation challenges and address them with recommended actions and best practices through surveys and studies. Originally launched as the Implementation Review and Support System (IRSS)in 2011, it became the IPPC Observatory in 2022, evolving into a core IPPC activity.
The IPPC Observatory topics are submitted by the IC, SC, CPM Bureau, RPPOs and IPPC Secretariat during the Call for Topics: Standards and Implementation.
