Groupe de la planification stratégique

Le Groupe de la planification stratégique apporte une perspective stratégique aux travaux de la CIPV et favorise les améliorations en formulant des recommandations et des avis à l’intention de la CMP sur toute question qui lui est soumise ou liée aux fonctions du Groupe.

Le Groupe se réunit au moins une fois par an et au plus tard quatre mois avant la réunion de la CMP, afin de permettre la préparation du rapport et la mise en œuvre des activités avant ladite réunion.

Toute personne intéressée représentant une partie contractante et souhaitant contribuer aux travaux du Groupe de la planification stratégique doit faire part de son intention de participer à une réunion du Groupe au moins 45 jours avant le début de ladite réunion.
