In support of goal two in the CPM business plan - "Implementation of information exchange as required under the IPPC", the IPPC Secretariat will carry out a subregional workshop on information exchange and the use of the International Phytosanitary Portal (IPP) for the member countries of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). The purpose of this workshop is to explain national phytosanitary information exchange obligations under the Convention and to provide training on how IPP editors can use the IPP to meet these reporting obligations.
