- Brief Biography
- Paola leads the IPPC Secretariat team in providing innovative solutions to sustain the information and knowledge resources used by IPPC staff and members of the IPPC plant health community, particularly through the International Phytosanitary Portal. She coordinates the development of new information and knowledge tools to support effective operations and high performance at the secretariat. She has more than 25 years of experience in Information management. Prior to joining the IPPC Secretariat she worked in private companies and FAO IT department supporting several projects as Analyst Programmer. She has a master’s degree in Mathematics from La Sapienza University in Rome. She is an Italian national and speaks English, French and Italian.
