Brief Biography
Barbara worked with the IPPC Secretariat from 2019-2025 managing the development of IPPC Guides and Training Materials and work on the IPPC's work on e-commerce.
Barbara has worked as a plant health officer with the national plant protection organization of Canada for more than 20 years and as as an integrated pest management consultant with the Canadian horticulture sector for more than 10 years. She has a master’s degree in pest management from Simon Fraser University. Barbara speaks English, French, and German.
