The World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) wants to hear from you!

WOAH has launched the project “Analysis and evaluation of WOAH’s institutional, technical, and financial governance” on 27 March 2023. WOAH is seeking tenders from qualified organizations to analyse, evaluate and improve WOAH’s institutional, technical and financial governance to ensure optimal and sustainable delivery of WOAH’s mandate in a legally sound manner. Part of the work will be to benchmark other organisations.

The work is expected to provide WOAH with guidance on how the Basic Texts of the Organization could be improved and/or how the modalities of implementation of those Texts could be optimised.

The service providers will be requested to demonstrate strong experience in public international law. The IPPC Secretariat is sharing this information on behalf of WOAH as “sister organization” of the WTO-SPS Agreement. More information on the Negotiated procedure can be found through this link.

Please note that the deadlines are as follows:

• Tuesday 11 April 2023 at 18:00 (Paris local time) – deadline to submit by e-mail the declaration of interest (in order to be invited to WOAH’s Zoom presentation of the Negotiated procedure),
• Tuesday 25 April 2023 at 12:00 noon (Paris local time) : deadline to submit the initial tenders.
