The passing of Ms. Margaret Milinga Matengu, IPPC focal point for the National Plant Protection Organization of Namibia

The IPPC Secretariat and plant health community deeply regrets the passing of Ms. Margaret Milinga Matengu, IPPC focal point for the National Plant Protection Organization of Namibia. Ms. Matengu also served as the Deputy Director and Head of Plant Health of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform.
The IPPC sends its deepest condolences to Ms. Matengu’s family, friends and colleagues.
