Now open: Diagnostic Protocols notification period

The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to announce the Diagnostic Protocols (DP) Notification Period from 30 January - 15 March 2025.

Contracting parties are invited to review the DP below, which was approved by the IPPC Standards Committee (SC), and to submit any objections to its adoption:

• Draft annex to ISPM 27: Heterobasidion annosum sensu lato (2021-015)  

Any objections should include suggestions for improving the draft ISPM. Objections can be submitted to the IPPC Secretariat only through the IPPC Official Contact Point thus:

• In English through the online form available here;
• If in all other FAO official languages via e-mail to [email protected] or using other languages templates available here.

If there are no objections, the SC will adopt the DP on behalf of the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM), according to the IPPC standard setting process. The IPPC Secretariat will then make it available to contracting parties and the CPM will note it.
