The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to announce the release of the Russian edition of the "Guide to participating in the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures of the International Plant Protection Convention" — now available as "Руководство по вопросам участия в работе Комиссии по фитосанитарным мерам Международной конвенции по карантину и защите растений".

This comprehensive guide supports the active and effective participation of national plant protection organizations (NPPOs) and any other participants in the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM) - the governing body of the IPPC.

Developed for both new and experienced delegates, the guide aims to improve transparency, collaboration and inclusive participation in strengthening global phytosanitary governance by providing easy-to-follow information and practical guidance on:
