Nominations now open on the most pressing pest and disease challenges for specialty crops

The Minor Use Foundation (MUF) invites your input on the most pressing pest and disease challenges affecting specialty crops in your country/region. Your insights will contribute to setting priorities that guide our efforts in addressing these issues.

When submitting, please consider the following:

• Crop-pest combinations with limited control options but potential solutions.
• Focus on minor / specialty crops - fruits, vegetables, spices, nuts, millets
• Cases where no CODEX MRL exists for the crop-pesticide combination (review existing CODEX MRLs here).
• Situations involving pest resistance or trade issues with currently registered products.

Please use the Nomination Form to share your input by 7 February 2025. There is no limitation to the number of nominations that you can submit.
