The substantial concerns commenting period has opened!

The IPPC 2015 substantial concerns commenting (SCCP) period has started today, 1st June 2015.

The SCCP ends on 30 September 2015 and the IPPC Secretariat must have received all comments before that date.

Comments should be submitted through the IPPC Online Comment System (OCS), where draft ISPMs are posted.

The following draft ISPMs are open for the substantial concerns commenting period (SCCP):

• 2006-031: Determination of host status of fruit to fruit flies (Tephritidae) - only paragraphs where text was modified following the SC 2015 May review.

• 1994-001: Draft amendment to ISPM 5 (2014): Glossary of phytosanitary terms

The IPPC Secretariat publishes draft ISPMs in the Online Comment System (OCS, http://ocs.ippc.int/index.html) and there it opens the substantial concerns commenting period.

Draft ISPMs can be downloaded from the OCS and IPPC contacts must submit all substantial comments through the OCS. For more information about the system, please refer to the system s page on the IPP: https://www.ippc.int/en/ocs/

El período de observaciones sobre cuestiones sustanciales (SCCP) de 2015 dura 120 días, comenza hoye, el 1º de junio 2015.

El SCCP termina el 30 de septiembre 2015 y la Secretaría de la CIPF debe haber recibido todos los comentarios antes de esta fecha.

Los siguientes proyectos de NIMF son objeto de consulta durante el período para presentar cuestiones sustanciales:

• 2006-031: Determination of host status of fruit to fruit flies (Tephritidae) - solo los párrafos donde el CN modificó el texto en mayo 2015.

• 1994-001: Draft amendment to ISPM 5 (2014): Glossary of phytosanitary terms

La Secretaría publica los proyectos de NIMF en el Sistema de Comentarios en Línea de la CIPF (OCS, http://ocs.ippc.int/index.html) y abre el período para presentar cuestiones sustanciales respecto a los proyectos de NIMF.

Los proyectos de NIMF se pueden bajar del OCS y los puntos de contacto de la CIPF deberán presentar todas las cuestiones sustanciales en el OCS. Si desea más información sobre el sistema, sírvase consultar la página en el PFI: https://www.ippc.int/en/ocs/

Le Secrétariat incorpore les projets de NIMP dans le Système de mise en ligne des observations de la CIPV (OCS, http://ocs.ippc.int/index.html), et ouvre la période d élaboration des observations de fond pour les projets concernés.
