The IPPC Secretariat at the forefront to fight Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense Tropical Race 4 (TR4): New IC Team on TR4!

The Implementation and Capacity Development Committee (IC) created a new IC Team on Banana Fusarium Wilt (TR4). Qualified experts from around the world form this new team which will meet for the first time on 30 September 2021.
The team will develop a brief plan in line with the CPM Focus Group on Pest Outbreak Alert and Response Systems recommendations, compile information on TR4, and develop global materials for the TR4 prevention, preparedness and response.
