This webinar is aimed at staff, particularly new staff, working in national plant protection organizations (NPPOs) and regional plant protection organizations (RPPOs). It is also expected to be of interest to external organizations, donors and partners and anyone else who would like a better understanding of the Implementation and Capacity Development Committee (IC) and the IPPC Secretariat and their roles in capacity development supporting the implementation of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) and international standards for phytosanitary measures (ISPMs).
