Standards Committee Working Group

The Standards Committee working group (SC-7) will meet to review and discuss country comments on draft standards and prepare a revised draft standard which will be considered by the Standards Committee following the next week. Country comments for review will be from the following drafts standards: • Revision of ISPM No. 1 : Principles for the protection of plant health ; • Guidelines for consignments in transit ; • Requirements for the establishment and maintenance of pest free areas for tephritid fruit flies; • Diagnostic protocols for regulated pests ; • Requirements for the submission of phytosanitary treatments.
