Description of the mark

The Plant Quarantine and Phytosanitary Service (PQPS) which is the NPPO of Zambia will be using a new Phytosanitary Certificate (PC) from 20 January on wards. The old PC will still be used until 31 March 2020. Attached is the specimen of the new PC
