On March 01, 2016 Ukraine introduces ban on import of the some regulated articles from Spain!

Description of the mark

In view of repeated detection of a quarantine pest Frankliniella occidentalis Perg.in the consignments with fresh lettuce and cabbage the origin from the Kingdom of Spain which is violation of international and national phytosanitary requirements, taking into account the risk of introduction and spread of Frankliniella occidentalis Perg.in Ukraine, on March 01, 2016 it’s prohibited to import the following regulated articles from Spain and the origin from this state into the territory of Ukraine: 0704 (headed cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli sprout, kohlrabi and other eatable vegetables of genus Brassica, fresh or chilled); 0705 (Lactuca sativa) and Cichorium spp. fresh or chilled), 0709991000 (green vegetables fresh or chilled).
