Short Description

We would like to inform you that the specimens of the phytosanitary certificates for export and re-export issued in Slovakia have been changed from January 1st, 2021. The new certificate does not contain any substantive changes in comparison to previously valid forms. The difference in relation to the previous form is that the logo of the European Union has been added, the name of NPPO under the heraldic emblem of Slovakia is in english version and the abbreviation EC has been updated to EU in the number of the certificate. The certificate will be printed on security paper but the form of watermark has been changed. The seal and the stamp remains the same. Export certificates printed on the updated security paper will be issued starting from January 1st, 2021. Phytosanitary certificates issued by the Slovak NPPO until December 31st, 2020 on the previous form are valid until the consignment arrives at the designated place.
