Short Description

Import in the Netherlands has to comply with the European legislation Many procedural requirements are described in the Official Control Regulation (OCR); (EU) 2017/625 and adhering implementing and delegating acts (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32017R0625 ). Phytosanitary requirements are described in the Plant Health Regulation (PHR); (EU) 2016/2031 (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32016R2031) and adhering implementing and delegating acts. For detailed information on the regulation of Plants, plant products and harmful organisms Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 is important (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/ALL/?uri=CELEX:32019R2072).
