Short Description

A team of experts were put together to follow up on the all notifications and corrective action prescribed for implementation to address the issue. The Phytosanitary control systems were strengthened through improving on the infrastructure and the capacity of the Inspectors built through trainings. Stakeholders (Exporters, importers, producers etc) were sensitized on import and export requirements to ensure compliance.
