Short Description

As a member of the European Union, Denmark adheres to and implements the EU plant health legislation, as basically set out in the EU Plant Health Directive AND supplementary Emergency measures and Derogations. The harmful organisms mentioned IN the Plant Health Directive, Annex I Part A plus Annex II Part A plus CURRENT emergency measures constitutes the complete list OF quarantine pests FOR Denmark. The complete pest list may be found ( WITH scientific names OF organisms, but followed BY descriptors AND conditionality IN Danish ) also AS Annex (= Bilag) 1 and 2 to the Danish governmental order: Bekendtgorelse om indforsel af planter og planteprodukter m.m.
