Short Description

The Czech Republic applies EU harmonized rules for harmful organisms. There are several levels of pest regulation:

• quarantine pests - annex II & III of Commission Regulation 2019/2072

• regulated non-quarantine pests - annex IV of Commission Regulation 2019/2072

• temporary regulated other pests - Commission Regulation 2022/1941

• regionally regualted pests - regulated on ground of national PRA
