A model letter for member governments considering adherence to the IPPC is attached, Governments considering submit their Instrument of Adherence on national letterhead. The original (including original signature and national stamp) of the Instrument of Adherence must be sent to the Director General of FAO: Mr. QU Dongyu - Director General of FAO Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, 00153 Rome Italy
