New IPPC Procedure Manual for standard setting posted!

The 2016-2017 version of the IPPC Procedure manual for standard setting has been posted today and is available at https://www.ippc.int/en/core-activities/ippc-standard-setting-procedure-manual/

This new version includes numerous significant changes in accordance with the CPM-11 (2016) adoption of the adjustments to the IPPC Standard setting procedure. It also includes updates in accordance with decisions made by the Standards Committee and technical panels.

The IPPC Secretariat encourages all IPPC Official contact points to download the publication to become familiar with the rules and procedures through which ISPMs are developed, and to have a clear overview of the current procedures and guidance on the roles of the various entities involved in the standard setting process.
