The IPPC Subsidiary Body on Dispute Settlement (SBDS) requested a study of contracting parties' experiences implementing ISPM 13: Guidelines on the notification of non-compliance and emergency action. This was a response to concerns raised at the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM) 6 in 2011, in regards to communication weaknesses in notifications of non-compliance and exchanges between contracting parties. The purpose of this IRSS study was to contribute to the SBDS' review of its roles and functions.
The survey report is available in English and the survey in Arabic, English, French, Russian and Spanish.
