Traffic and Parking Restrictions in Rome for Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March 2010

The Italian authorities have informed FAO that on Saturday 20th March there will be some traffic and parking restrictions in the street surrounding the Headquarters premises due to a demonstration. Therefore on Saturday 20th March, from 12.00 to 18.00 hrs, entrance/exit for vehicles to the FAO premises will be through - Largo Fioritto - Viale Baccelli - Ramp 2 (Caracalla side). Exit only through Bldg. D - Viale Aventino will be allowed as usual until 13.30 hrs, proceeding to Via Aventina. Furthermore, on Sunday 21st March there will be traffic and parking restrictions in the street surrounding the Headquarters premises due to a marathon race. Hence from 07.00 to 16.00 hrs entrance/exit for vehicles to the FAO premises will be exclusively through - Largo Fioritto - Viale Baccelli - Ramp 2 (Caracalla side). Individuals travelling to Rome and/or participating in meetings on Sunday should plan accordingly.
