Planificación Estratégica y Asistencia Técnica (PEAT)
El grupo de Planificación estratégica y asistencia técnica (PEAT) es un grupo extraoficial de trabajo que se ocupa de actividades especificas en beneficio de la CMF, relativas a la planificación y organización de los diversos elementos del programa de trabajo, tales como: la asistencia técnica, el intercambio de información, la definición de prioridades en los temas para las normas, cuestiones de financiación, y decisiones sobre el enlace con otras organizaciones internacionales y regionales. La última reunión del PEAT se llevó a cabo del 4 al 6 de octubre de 2010 en la Sede de la FAO en Roma, Italia.
