The IRSS Helpdesk, located in the International Phytosanitary Portal (IPP), has been active since 2011 to support contracting parties implementation of the IPPC and its ISPMs. The Helpdesk is an online platform that includes three main features:

To improve the IRSS webpage and Helpdesk, the IPPC conducted an analysis and found ways to enhance user experience and friendliness, access to content, organization and structure of features and ease of navigation to and within the webpage and Helpdesk.
In addition to enhancing the Helpdesk, the IRSS Activities page has been re-designed to allow easier access to content and a Help function is featured on the right side of each IPP webpage.
