Save the date: IPPC Online Commenting System training

The IPPC Secretriat will host a virtual training on the Online Commenting System (OCS) on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, ahead of the annual OCS consultation period (1 July–30 September). The session will guide IPPC Contact Points and designated reviewers on how to use the OCS effectively, clarifying procedures for submitting and managing comments on draft International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPMs), draft specifications and draft guides and training materials, promoting standardised, high-quality inputs.

The training aims to enhance participants’ readiness for the 2026 consultation period, improve the quality and timeliness of submissions, and reduce technical issues during the process.
