IC Subgroups and Teams
The IC recommends to CPM the establishment of Subgroups to address specific implementation and capacity development issues . The IC also determines in their terms of reference the tasks, duration, membership and reporting duties of these Subgroups. The IC will approve Terms of Reference (TOR) for each IC Subgroup and Rules of Procedure (ROP) for IC Subgroups. The IC may recommend, the CPM dissolve IC Subgroups when they are no longer required.
The IC has established the following Subgroups:

The IC has established the following IC Teams to work on more focused tasks:
- National Reporting Obligations (NRO)
- Phytosanitary Capacity Evaluation (PCE)
- Guides and training materials
- Contributed resources
- Projects
- E-commerce
- Fusarium TR4
- Guidance on the use of third party entities
