Now available: International Day of Plant Health webcast

The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to inform the plant health community that the webcast of the high-level event to commemorate International Day of Plant Health (IDPH) on 12 May 2025 in San Salvador, El Salvador, is now available.

Organized by the IPPC Secretariat and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and hosted by the International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health (OIRSA), the event attracted over 800 attendees, virtually and in-person.

It featured keynote addresses from notable speakers, technical presentations and demonstrations of innovative artificial intelligence-powered technologies to improve pest surveillance and prevention.
