How do national plant protection organizations (NPPOs) bring plant health mandates to life — from policy to action? What does it take to run an effective NPPO? The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to invite colleagues in the plant health community and more widely to enroll and complete the e-learning course How a national plant protection organization functions available on the IPPC Plant Health Campus.
This self-paced e-learning course offers practical insights into how national plant protection organizations (NPPOs) operate — from legal foundations to core functions — and how the different units and roles within an NPPO contribute to its overall mandate under the IPPC.

The IPPC Plant Health Campus is a free, multilingual platform offering e-learning courses, guides, and tools accessible to all.
Who should enroll? This course is designed for NPPO managers and staff, and stakeholders, including producers, exporters and importers, and phytosanitary capacity evaluation (PCE) facilitators, who guide NPPOs in assessing their country’s phytosanitary capabilities.
