Dispute avoidance and settlement
The IPPC includes an Article (XIII) on Settlement of Disputes and the Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (CPM) has adopted the IPPC Dispute Settlement Procedures (DSP) to operationalise this article. The CPM Bureau has oversight of the DSP and the IPPC Secretary is the Primary intake point for submission of disputes. The revised IPPC Dispute Settlement
