List of Implementation and Capacity Development Topics
The ICD List of Topics (LOT) is a dynamic registry that captures all current and proposed topics for the development of IPPC guides, training materials, e-learning courses, and other capacity development resources.
Topic proposals may be submitted by National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) and Regional Plant Protection Organizations (RPPOs) during the Call for Topics: Standards and Implementation. . Additional proposals may also originate from IPPC Secretariat projects, the Implementation and Capacity Development Committee (IC), the Standards Committee (SC), or other IPPC governance bodies.
The IC reviews and updates the LOT at least once a year. This includes adding, removing, merging, or splitting topics; revising priority levels; and assigning IC leads to oversee their development.
