Register now: Hybrid event on the importance of Plant Health for One Health

The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to invite the plant health community to a hybrid event titled Plant Health: Why is it crucial for the success of One Health? on 4 October 2024 from 9.00 – 10.30 (CEST) at the Sheikh Zayed Centre, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome and online.
This is one of the side events during the 29th Session of FAO’s Committee on Agriculture (COAG).
The side event will discuss the integral role of plant health within the One Health framework. It will highlight the efforts of FAO, Members, the IPPC, and the broader plant health community in reinforcing the connections between human, animal, plant and environmental health.
It will be held in English with simultaneous interpretation in Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish.
