IPPC秘书处欣然宣布，新发布一项题为《评估并提升东部及南部非洲目标国家植物检疫能力：通往韧性农业之路》的研究报告。

本出版物概述了东南非共同市场（COMESA）十一国开展植物检疫能力评估（PCE）过程中所识别出的共同植物检疫能力建设需求和优先事项。上述国家的植物检疫能力评估（PCE）在欧盟资助项目“加强食品和植物检疫管制能力与治理”的框架下实施。
