The Secretariat introduced the review. The Secretariat gave an overview of the Capacity Development Committee (CDC) evaluation process and provided the outcome of the discussions held related to the evaluation. The CPs thanked those who contributed to the review exercise to finalize the report. The Secretariat proposed that the CDC mandate be extended until the new oversight subsidiary body to the CPM was established and active.
