The IPPC Secretariat is pleased to announce that the Spanish edition of "Guide to regulation of wood packaging material: Understanding the phytosanitary requirements for the movement of wood packaging material in international trade" is now available as "Guía para la reglamentación del embalaje de madera: Entender los requisitos fitosanitarios sobre el movimiento del embalaje de madera que se utiliza en el comercio internacional ".

This guide offers comprehensive yet easy-to-understand information to enhance understanding of　International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) No. 15 Regulation of wood packaging material in international trade.

This resource is not only informative for national plant protection organizations, but also for ISPM 15 treatment providers, wood packaging material manufacturers, and other stakeholders, as it covers:

• approved treatment options for wood packaging material;
